BCCI Declares Two-Year Boycott for Age Fakes 

"The BCCI has a zero-resistance approach for age misrepresentation in game and has made strict move against cricketers discovered blameworthy of controlling their date of birth testaments while enlisting for BCCI competitions," said the BCCI in an announcement. 

"As passed on to state relationship toward the beginning of the season, BCCI wishes to repeat that from the 2018-19 season, any cricketer who is discovered blameworthy of altering his/her date of birth will be precluded and banned from partaking in any BCCI competition for a time of 2 years i.e. 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
